All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for changed minds, sale items, or standard purchases.

Problems with Your Order, Damages, and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately at info@oceangrovechamber.org so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom/personalized products, personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Gift cards and sale items are also final sale.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final.
